Omega-3 Supreme by Life & Food is a molecularly distilled pharmaceutical grade source of the vital fish oils that we should have in our diets. When I say "we", I mean me specifically, as I do not prefer seafood and rarely eat any. This supplement comes with 90 softgels for 1400 milligrams of fish oil (75% Omega-3S) at 2 softgels per serving. Omega-3 Supreme is manufactured in the USA ended in an FDA regulated facility which gives me peace of mind. It is also sustainably sourced and contains no GMOs, gluten, egg, additives, fillers, binders, artificial ingredients, soy, milk, peanut, shellfish, stearate, sulfate, dioxide, or laurate. Due to its high absorption I have not experienced any fish burps from this product, as I have with some others and I will probably be sticking with it. I will take this daily for the long term, as a supplement for my heart. I have taken Krill Oil by a well known name brand and it doesn't come close to the 1400 mg I get in this serving/dose that Life & Food offers.
